Let's just say that amidst the Macedonian and wider Balkan folk music constantly being played in our household, there was also my father's obsession for rock music (he was a huge Rolling Stones and ACDC fan). And considering Australia's Countdown on the TV a must-see for my parents and auntie, I certainly was exposed to a wide array of music from the get-go. There are quite a number of songs I vividly remember when they were released and looking back I see that I was 2 years old at the time!
